Potato Dumplings With Mushrooms

Ingredients: potatoes, wheat flour, onions,
white mushrooms, water, butter, egg, salt,
CONTAINS: EGG, MILK, WHEAT
1) Boil 4 quarts (3.7 L) of water; if desired, add 1 tsp. of salt.
2) Add dumplings and return to a boil.
3) Cook uncovered approxiatly 7 minutes.
4) Remove from heat, drain and serve.
